알베르토 페레이로(Ferreiro, Alberto)시애틀 퍼시픽 대학교Seattle Pacific University 유럽 역사학과 교수다. 교부학, 중세의 명저를 연구하며, Journal of Ecclesiastical History, Harvard Theological Review, Vigiliae Christianae, Studia monastica, Hagiographica 등에 50편이 넘게 기고했다. 주요 저서로는 The Visigoths in Gaul and Iberia: A Supplemental Bibliography (Brill 2006), Simon Magus in Patristic, Medieval and Early Modern Traditions (Brill 2005) 등이 있다.
